Making more of your life!

Time-Management

Is time-management an issue for you? Do you feel that there are never enough hours in the day to get everything done? Do you feel there is never enough time to do the things you really want to do?

Allocating your time

Time may be outside your control but you can control how much attention you give to things. What are your priorities?  Are these the things that are getting most of your attention? If not, why not? Consider how much time you allocate to different aspects of your daily life. Are you giving sufficient attention to your priorities? Do you have a fair balance between work time and your own time?

Learn to say no

You cannot do everything. Your time and attention are not infinite! Distractions can keep you from achieving your priorities. There will be times when you need to say no to avoid overload. Learn to say no effectively by being firm and polite and avoid making excuses.

Next step

There are numerous books and other publications which offer guidance on time-management techniques. However, you may feel that you would benefit from some personal guidance and support to help you to make the most of your time.

If you really want to make more of “your” time and achieve a good work/life balance then I would be delighted to help you.

Want to know more?

Then please contact me, Sandra Morgan, sandra@gfilifecoaching.co.uk to arrange a time for us to have a free informal chat over the telephone.

There is no obligation after this, but if you feel that I can help you and you are really prepared to work at making more of your life then we can draw up a plan for working together. You will also be able to take advantage of the latest special offer (please see Offers page for further details).

Best wishes for your future!
